Product Manager for Onboarding
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager - Product Onboarding and Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and enable clients to leverage product value through collaboration with Product Managers
- Drive delivery of release communications, documentation, training content, and entitlement in partnership with internal teams
- Integrate and automate the contract to entitlement fulfillment process with Business Systems and Service Management teams
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Experience working with SaaS-based technologies
- Proficient with computer languages: HTML, JSON, T-SQL, Python
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
