Program Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and translate the company's operating model and objectives into efficient business processes
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and meet corporate priorities
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design future-state processes and ensure business readiness for new systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields
- Expertise in end-to-end business cycles, particularly in high-growth SaaS companies
- Experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ for opportunity management
- Familiarity with agile software delivery frameworks and enterprise systems such as Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud
- Good understanding of project management processes and tools
