Program Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Analyst to document and validate business and technical requirements related to insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering/solution design to ensure accurate requirement documentation for existing systems
- Confirm business requirements with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional quality
- Coordinate with insurance product QA to uphold requirement quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business/Insurance, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of Property & Casualty property insurance experience, with preference for Residential
- Experience in reverse engineering requirement documents
- Familiarity with insurance policy admin sales and service systems, and Excel proficiency
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, capable of working in a fast-paced environment independently
