Program Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Director for their Business Intelligence Support Services (BISS) Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of end-user focused, data & intel driven analytic applications to support CBP threat analysis and targeting concepts
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects and functional resources within an Agile based methodology to enhance the advanced analytic capabilities utilized by different stakeholder groups within CBP
- Support the identification, assessment, and documentation of emerging technologies and technical innovations to contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's technology and innovation roadmap
Position Requirements:
- Strong practical understanding of relational databases used to support analytic development, functionality and application development
- 7-10 years of related professional experience, with preference to supporting government law enforcement missions
- 3+ years of demonstrated Technical PM and/or Data Scientist experience
- Experience with intelligence gathering and analysis a plus
- 5+ years in Agile Development projects - Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodologies
