Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate development, evaluation, and revision of academic programs and curricula
- Manage faculty operations including onboarding, performance management, and professional development
- Represent the program at events and maintain relationships with industry leaders and accreditation agencies
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Business, Finance, or Accounting with relevant graduate-level coursework in Finance
- Minimum of five years of industry experience in a professional discipline
- Three years of teaching or curriculum development experience in an online environment
- Experience working with accreditation agencies for program certification
- Completion of FCC100 within the first three months of employment is required
