A company is looking for a Program Manager II, Debt Recovery and Litigation Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the collection and provider receivables process
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings to improve negative balance collections and support litigation activities
- Maintain detailed business process documentation and communicate program status to management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Health care experience preferred
- Experience in provider recoveries and collections
- Familiarity with Excel functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables is beneficial
