Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to support the Department of Veteran Affairs account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex Agile projects, ensuring goals and resources are well-defined and allocated
- Monitor team performance and ensure projects are executed according to established standards and milestones
- Foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders while managing staffing and project documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Minimum of 8 years consulting experience and 5 years in program management or task leadership
- Experience with SDLC and Agile software development methodologies
- Public Trust Clearance required
- Technically adept with a strong business focus to interface with technical disciplines and senior leadership
