Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager- Software Implementation (US, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation project management, preferably in healthcare IT
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Understanding of secure data exchange methods, including SFTP and API integrations
