Project Specialist - Client Orders
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Specialist- Client Orders (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project kickoff and status calls to evaluate processes and assist with data alignment for billing
- Conduct root cause assessments on issues and defects, providing findings and possible resolutions
- Develop and maintain process/documentation material for clarity and ease of understanding
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in a project or process-oriented role within a healthcare environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Access, including familiarity with macros and tools
- Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) preferred
