Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Management Project Specialist to enhance client satisfaction and support customer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships while engaging at all organizational levels
  • Act as a liaison for issue resolution and ensure alignment between customer needs and internal stakeholders
  • Source data and generate reports to support customer initiatives and track business goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, pharmacy technician, or supply chain
  • Preferred pharmacy technician certification or experience as a pharmaceutical buyer
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a pharmacy or healthcare finance department
  • Basic understanding of financial data related to customer accounts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
