Project Specialist for Account Management
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Management Project Specialist to enhance client satisfaction and support customer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships while engaging at all organizational levels
- Act as a liaison for issue resolution and ensure alignment between customer needs and internal stakeholders
- Source data and generate reports to support customer initiatives and track business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, pharmacy technician, or supply chain
- Preferred pharmacy technician certification or experience as a pharmaceutical buyer
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within a pharmacy or healthcare finance department
- Basic understanding of financial data related to customer accounts
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
