Job Summary

A company in the education industry is seeking a Proposal Writer.

Position Responsibilities:

Research and analyze requirements for successful education services proposals/charter school applications
Collaborate with respective departments to create draft responses and exhibits
Work closely with SVP of Business Development to complete proposals and charter applications that meet RFP or authorizer deadlines

Required Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of K-12 public education program models
Previous K-12 teaching or administrative experience with knowledge of curriculum and instructional methodology
Experience in researching, writing, and editing education content including charter school applications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Education, English, Journalism; Master's degree preferred
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and internet research ability
