Provider Data Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Provider Data Maintenance (PDM) for their Network Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee provider data maintenance process and requests
- Manage multiple supervisors and their production teams
- Develop plans to meet short-term objectives and long-term strategic improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the health care industry
- 3+ years of supervisory experience with operations teams of 10 or more full-time employees
- 2+ years of experience developing and presenting in cross-functional and/or large group settings to various levels of leadership
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate level of proficiency in tracking, trending, and reporting on metrics
