Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support provider enrollment staff in managing licensing and credentialing processes
• Collaborate with management on employee relations, including coaching and performance reviews
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of Medicare provider enrollment tasks and address client concerns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Two years of experience in Provider Enrollment
• Knowledge of NCQA standards related to provider enrollment and health plan enrollment
