Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Experience Analyst to support the provider service team through research and analysis of claims issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct claims research to identify patterns affecting timely and accurate payment
- Perform analyses to assess provider trends and improve the overall provider experience
- Manage provider relationships and facilitate training on policy and process changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in business or IT
- 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, claims, or provider service operations
- Knowledge of claim payment processes and systems
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Business knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid product lines
