Provider Experience Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Experience Analyst to support the provider service team through research and analysis of claims issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct claims research to identify patterns affecting timely and accurate payment
• Perform analyses to assess provider trends and improve the overall provider experience
• Manage provider relationships and facilitate training on policy and process changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in business or IT
• 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, claims, or provider service operations
• Knowledge of claim payment processes and systems
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Business knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid product lines
