A company is looking for a Provider Network Manager Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops provider network through contract negotiations and relationship management
- Mentors contracting staff and collaborates on projects impacting the business unit
- Conducts complex negotiations, drafts documents, and prepares financial projections
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting and provider relations
- Prior contracting experience is essential
- Experience in fee schedule development using actuarial models is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with a high level of judgment and discretion
- Willingness to travel to worksite and other locations as necessary
