QA Analyst I
Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer daily and weekly audits to ensure adherence to business processes and procedures
- Identify defects and issues in processes and determine the root cause
- Develop and maintain expertise in business rules and department utilized applications
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience; Associates degree preferred
- Previous managed healthcare experience preferred
- Knowledge of QA audit process and area of audit
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures
- Ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment
