Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality & Change Control Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a change control framework and maintain quality documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all materials are current and accurate
  • Identify process improvements and support training related to changes in procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Management, Business, Finance/Accounting, or Training/Education
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in developing training documentation and materials
  • Experience in commercial servicing, banking, or financial services is preferred
  • Knowledge of banking products/services and processing operations is preferred
  • Training/educational experience and/or certifications are preferred
