Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and processing transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate information using appropriate methods and tools
• Monitor client accounts, document interactions, and escalate complex issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience
• Broad knowledge of brokerage accounts and investments
• Team-oriented and proactive with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to follow standard procedures and written instructions
• PC proficiency (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
