Regulatory Communications Manager
Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Regulatory Communications Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage operations for the company's population of members and member communications on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with the company's technology teams to ensure successful configuration and execution of print/mail jobs
- Establish a comprehensive repository of legal guidelines and communication resources that can be accessed by company markets for assigned products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate 4 years of experience
- 5+ years of work experience in health insurance, consulting, healthcare, and operations
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing a team
- 2+ years of experience in a communications role
- Experience developing and monitoring the fulfillment of customer collateral
