Job Summary
A company is looking for a Relationship Manager IV - Private Debt & CLO.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for key client relationships
- Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to meet client objectives and deliverables
- Manage client onboarding, including account opening process and KYC procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of combined higher education and/or work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with interpreting CLO indentures and structured finance documentation
- Familiarity with various loan products and servicing loan clients
- Professional experience at a CLO Trustee, Loan Agent/Bank, or similar role
