Relocation Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Supervisor to provide operational support and guidance for relocation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor, and manage the performance of the service delivery team
• Resolve customer escalations and day-to-day issues while ensuring service level requirements are met
• Maintain client relationships and data integrity, while supporting process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Three to seven years of experience in the relocation services industry preferred
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
• Certified Relocation Professional or Global Mobility Specialist preferred, or a plan to obtain certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
