Job Summary

A university is in need of a Remote Accessibility Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and approving requests for implementation of third-party tools, media assets, and resources
  • Conducting in-depth Section 508/WCAG compliance assessments of the curriculum
  • Reviewing, identifying and remediating instructional materials that present barriers for students or faculty

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Universal design, Accessibility, Learning design and technology, curriculum and instruction, etc
  • 2+ years related experience advising and testing the accessibility of instructional technologies, documents, and media
  • 1 year experience with web accessibility software
  • 1 year of experience with assistive technologies
  • Experience with multimedia development
  • Knowledge of disability law, including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
