Job Summary
A distributor across residential, non-residential, new construction and repair, maintenance, and improvement end markets needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research request for change in both Distribution Center and Branch systems
- Collaborate with DCs and branches to reconcile discrepancies
- Reconcile discrepant invoices from downloaded report to evaluate inventory and verify freight terms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrate reading comprehension and ability to follow directions
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- High level of attention to details, problem solving, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze complex issues and to make recommendations for proper actions
- Strong customer service skills and approach
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
