A pharmaceutical company is looking for a Remote Analytics and Operational Excellence Lead.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the Analytics & Operational Excellence Team
- Developing and implementing strategic and operational plans
- Enhancing or redesigning key operational processes
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of broad pharmaceutical experience (sales, marketing, operations, finance, project management)
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize and achieve successful outcomes, and navigate ambiguity with high learning agility
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage confidential information, and gain credibility with senior colleagues
