Remote Applications Development Manager
Job Summary
A technology solutions company is seeking a Remote Applications Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading overall delivery responsibilities and proactively working to reduce roadblocks the teams may encounter
- Ensuring that the teams participate in daily stand ups, conduct retrospectives, code reviews
- Defining and tracking team metrics
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study or the equivalent in documented work experience
- 8+ years of relevant technical and business experience in IT systems development management
- 2+ years of experience managing teams and products in an Agile environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients/vendors
- Proven understanding of the software development life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
