Core responsibilities for the Remote Billing/Customer Service Specialist include but are not limited to interfacing with clients via text messaging, emails, and phone calls to support clients' billing experience through the intake process, for the duration, to the finalization of their participation in a course.
Remote Billing/Customer Service Specialists will have excellent communication with clients and interdepartmental team members to assist in all aspects related to clients' accounts.
Specialists will demonstrate quick and accurate billing and thorough record keeping processes.
Varied daily/hourly scheduling, including evenings and Saturday coverage
Bilingual English/Spanish desirable
