Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Business Controls Advisor IV.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Understanding and facilitating alignment among policies, program standards, work procedures and external guidelines
• Identifying and monitoring operational and strategic risks along with associated Key Risk Indicators
• Identifying and implementing controls and procedures to mitigate risks supporting operational and strategic risk management efforts

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create processes and work procedures
• Ability to lead a project and communicate results as well as carry out new policies and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality results with strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills including high proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
