Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Business Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Provide leadership, vision, and direction for staff within division
  • Develop and maintain measures, metrics, and key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement an OSS internal communication plan

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in business, management, data analytics, or a related field or additional years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years’ experience leading, supervising, coaching, and providing strategic direction to teams and/or individuals
