Job Summary

A transcription and captioning company has an open position for a Remote Captioning Prescheduling Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare high quality schedules for all service lines
• Schedule unassigned events in a timely, high-quality manner
• Monitor Captioner hours during event assignments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience with interactive meeting technology (WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom, teams)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite and other Windows tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
