Job Summary

A transcription and captioning company has an open position for a Remote Captioning Prescheduling Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Prepare high quality schedules for all service lines
Schedule unassigned events in a timely, high-quality manner
Monitor Captioner hours during event assignments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Experience with interactive meeting technology (WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom, teams)
High proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite and other Windows tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
