A transcription and captioning company has an open position for a Remote Captioning Prescheduling Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare high quality schedules for all service lines
- Schedule unassigned events in a timely, high-quality manner
- Monitor Captioner hours during event assignments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with interactive meeting technology (WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom, teams)
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite and other Windows tools
