Job Summary
A professional training services company is in need of a Remote Career Services Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring and optimizing career services systems
- Managing the career services email inbox
- Managing and creating documentation, including SOPs, documents, templates, and guides
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience in operations and/or program delivery
- Some experience in coaching or mentorship, preferably around career transitions
- Strong technical ability
- Strong sense of ownership - you can work independently with minimal supervision
