Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Client Administration Associate Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 13-15 medical underwriting professionals
  • Evaluate and oversee workflow in partnership with service vendor
  • Identify areas of opportunity to simplify or enhance customer experience

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years of customer service or operations experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience managing teams or projects
  • Experience in Operations, vendor relations and/or financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal telephone and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and evaluate process effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
