Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Coaching and Training Services Instructional Technologist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating deliverables based on Training Architects template specifications within the Agile software development process
• Collaborating with Training Architect on a variety of topics to translate them into scalable, concise, impactful learning interventions
• Applying the latest ideas, methods, and technologies to ensure the vision of the Training Architect

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 2+ years experience developing training for a variety of delivery modalities
• Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, video and audio editing software
• Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies quickly and effectively
• Aware of accessible online learning content standards
• Excellent writing, communication, and copy-editing skills, with an eye for detail
