Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Coverage an Benefits Senior Legal Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Perform proficient legal research with sound knowledge of legal concepts and ability to analyze facts
Assist with preparation, review, and filing of SEC disclosure per Form 8-K, Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and more
Maintain SharePoint site with Unit policies, procedures, records, schedules, and other information

Qualifications for this position include:

5+ years of paralegal experience in corporate law firm or similar role
Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidential information sensitively and discreetly
Passion for process analysis and continuous improvement
Collaborate and maintain positive working relationships, fostering a productive work environment
Ability to translate complex business and legal concepts into clear and compelling text
Can refine, develop, and expand skills in anticipation of changes in the work environment or profession
