Remote Coverage and Benefits Senior Legal Assistant

Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Coverage an Benefits Senior Legal Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform proficient legal research with sound knowledge of legal concepts and ability to analyze facts
• Assist with preparation, review, and filing of SEC disclosure per Form 8-K, Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and more
• Maintain SharePoint site with Unit policies, procedures, records, schedules, and other information

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in corporate law firm or similar role
• Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidential information sensitively and discreetly
• Passion for process analysis and continuous improvement
• Collaborate and maintain positive working relationships, fostering a productive work environment
• Ability to translate complex business and legal concepts into clear and compelling text
• Can refine, develop, and expand skills in anticipation of changes in the work environment or profession
