A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Credit Card Customer Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing fast, accurate, and personalized responses
- Applying customer support skills
- Deploying financial service knowledge
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience working in financial services, ideally on credit card products
- 2+ years of experience working in customer support roles through phone, video, email, or live chat
- Be available for a typical week will include at least 30 hours of front-line support
- A strong communicator to provide crispy details in all internal communication
