Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Credit Card Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing quality improvement reviews of core business activities in accordance with the quality plan
- Using sound analytical skills and possesses product, business and technical expertise to execute assigned quality review
- Independently executing assigned quality review
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a professional environment
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
