Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chargeback Operations Analyst to support fraud monitoring and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and resolve disputes within allowed timeframes
- Collaborate with relevant departments to determine next steps on a case-by-case basis
- Analyze data and account patterns to improve loss prevention mechanisms and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in processing chargebacks or investigating fraud incidents
- Experience in data analysis and decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work with minimal supervision after training
- Availability to work through holidays
