Job Summary
A financial company is seeking a Remote CRM Platform Salesforce Product Director .
Must be able to:
- Have ownership of initiatives from ideation through delivery
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to develop the product strategy and roadmap
- Work with adjacent product teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences across internal tools and client-facing tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of proven product management experience
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience
- Experience in FinTech and/or Healthcare practices
- Experience in modern service center concepts, technologies and methodologies
- Ability to build wireframes and mockups, with an aptitude for keeping things simple
- Expert in analytical skills to break down complex problems and efficiently use data against high-quality user research to inform the direction of the product
