A pet insurance agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Communications Licensed Property and Causality Pet Insurance Agent.
Must be able to:
- Respond to all in-bound calls, emails, website chat and text messages from pet owners
- Help pet owners generate insurance quotes
- Act as a primary customer insurance agent contact during normal business hours
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Company offsites on a regular basis
- Proven experience in problem solving: you provide great experiences while de-escalating sensitive conversations
