Job Summary
A multinational technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Software Support Engineer II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing software support for integrated Communication solutions
- Programming, implementing, and supporting professional services on Communication Manager
- Expanding and testing features including stations, trunking, ARS, AAR, UDP, CORs, COS, Hunt groups, coverage paths, VDN’s, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- VOIP/SIP experience
- Experience in large scale Enterprise Solutions
- 3-5 years experience with communications solutions
- CM core and station programming within the implementation of Communication Manager, SMGR
- Ability to manage time well and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent writing and communication skills
