Job Summary
An internet support services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote D1 Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving prioritization of D1, balancing shipping useful features to customers and engineering priorities
- Leading projects from ideation through launch, and continuing through ongoing maintenance and support
- Developing and nurturing relationships with product and coordinate closely to ensure successful delivery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Understanding of C++, Rust and/or JavaScript, including asynchronous programming
- Experience designing and building APIs
- Possess good Unix knowledge
- Experience with (and love) for distributed systems
- Understanding of security issues and responsibilities
- Experience as a manager running technical teams
