A developer of technology to support K-12 staff and students is seeking a Remote Data Governance Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop the data governance strategy and governance model
- Introduce a metadata management tool
- Form and lead a cross-functional Data Governance Steering Committee
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of professional data / analytics engineering experience or in a data-intensive field
- 3+ years of experience leading a data governance or data management function
- Proven track record of implementing or advancing a data governance strategy and model at an enterprise level
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Drive to understand data and its relevance to our business and product decisions
