Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Data Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own the day-to-day reporting
- Continuously work on improving data quality and integrity of the CRM data
- Assist the members of the sales, marketing, and customer success team with resolving issues related to data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years in the SaaS industry with a background in Data Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- Excellent command of Excel, BI Systems, and high degree of confidence with handling and analyzing large data sets
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, zooming in with good attention to detail
- Data junky and proven track record of sales process automation and improvement
- Strong understanding of subscription-based selling motions
- Proven experience with driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
