Job Summary

A global work solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Design Ops Practices Lead Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning critical Design initiatives focused on operationalizing experience quality
• Establishing processes and practices to scale the effectiveness and value of designers and design teams
• Helping the Design Hub team establish feedback and learning loops, design and implement our long-term strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

• Organized, proactive, and thrive in the details–even as you work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Are an excellent communicator
• 6-10 years in design, design operations, or similar role
• Strong foundational understanding of the design practices and methodologies and the product development lifecycle
• Comfortable leading programs of work, managing stakeholder expectations and dependencies
• Worked collaboratively within and across teams, influencing to drive not just tactical execution but also larger strategy
