Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Design Operations Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the vision and strategy of design operational programs in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional partners
- Proactively assess and improve design operational models, processes, and workflows to enhance team efficiency
- Manage program status, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of design project or program management experience within a product design organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership
- Proven ability to partner across various internal and external business groups
- Familiarity with communication and project management tools such as Jira and Figma
