A home cook marketplace provider is seeking a Remote Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the OKRs and business metrics for your team working closely with Product and Design
- Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members
- Lead a team of talented engineers who like to ship code and tackle hard engineering problems
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years as an engineer with 1+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- Expert debugging skills and the ability to drive a culture of experimentation, testing, and iteration
- Track record of developing engineers and helping to grow their careers
- Commitment to creatively driving projects to completion
- Steadfast commitment to putting customers first
- Strong technical background and expertise in optimally prioritizing projects and identifying quick, efficient strategies to test hypotheses
