A diversified banking company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Software Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, managing and growing multiple teams of product focused software engineers
- Mentoring and guiding the professional and technical development of engineers on your team
- Leading the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 7 years’ experience in software development
- At least 5 years’ experience in people management
- At least 1 year experience working with cloud based infrastructure
- At least 1 year delivering projects that emphasize resilience
- Ability to lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments
