Job Summary

A diversified banking company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Software Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading, managing and growing multiple teams of product focused software engineers
  • Mentoring and guiding the professional and technical development of engineers on your team
  • Leading the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 7 years’ experience in software development
  • At least 5 years’ experience in people management
  • At least 1 year experience working with cloud based infrastructure
  • At least 1 year delivering projects that emphasize resilience
  • Ability to lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments
