Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Food and Drink Associate Editor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist other editors with SEO projects, e-commerce initiatives, social media research, and other edit programs
• Source, pitch and write fun, quick-turnaround trending food stories
• Update/optimize seasonal and evergreen content according to SEO best practices

Position Requirements Include:

• Knowledge of digital content and SEO best practices
• Minimum 2-3 years years of post-grad experience in a writer/editor role at a digital publisher
• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field
• Experience working in a CMS
• Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
