Job Summary

An IT staffing and recruiting agency is in need of a Remote Hosting Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating solutions using automation tools such as PowerShell DSC
  • Providing vision and direction for the future of our Cloud and On-Premise Data Infrastructure
  • Documenting current systems and draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years' experience as a VMware Architect / Administrator for a large enterprise
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience with architecture, design, configuration, and deployment within the AWS platform
  • Strong understanding of networking
  • 5+ years' experience with Windows Server OS, Linux OS, Web SSO, SAML, OAuth2, and Active Directory
  • Strong working knowledge and hands on experience with AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Cloudwatch, Load Balancers, VPCs, and Transit Gateways
