Job Summary

A business services company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Being a lead on creating and quality checking data files
Acting as a SME for the Talent team
Understanding and resolving employee inquiries

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

1-2 years of payroll experience at a high volume, fast-paced organization
Experience working in Microsoft Excel
Experience supporting nonexempt and exempt pay groups
Familiarity with severance agreement related state laws and processing
Experience with quality checking and auditing payroll related entries
Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professional maturity with sensitive data
