Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being a lead on creating and quality checking data files
- Acting as a SME for the Talent team
- Understanding and resolving employee inquiries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of payroll experience at a high volume, fast-paced organization
- Experience working in Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting nonexempt and exempt pay groups
- Familiarity with severance agreement related state laws and processing
- Experience with quality checking and auditing payroll related entries
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professional maturity with sensitive data
