Job Summary
A design and engineering firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Design and Engineering Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage our HRIS system
- Asist with onboarding and offboarding, process promotions and job changes
- Answer HR-related questions from team members and management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of (1) year of human resources experience with experience in HRIS or ATS systems
- Autonomous, high-energy, self-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator
- Outstanding time management and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, adaptable, ability to multitask, analyze, and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to answer HR-related questions from team members and management
- Ability to manage our HRIS system
